I am specifically trained to listen and use my skills, to offer support in helping you find a way forward, without judgment or criticism.

My approach to therapy is based on building a trusting and safe relationship, free from judgment, where we work together to achieve your goals. Alongside seeing clients privately, I volunteer as a counsellor for the Marie Curie Hospice, which allows me to provide a unique perspective and additional experience in helping others.

What I do for you

I am qualified to work with adults of all ages and provide counselling for short-term work (8-12 weeks) and long-term therapy with weekly sessions open-ended. This is something we can decide depending on your circumstances and needs.

I can offer weekday (Fridays), some evenings, and Saturday morning sessions and recommend that our sessions take place at the same time each week.
