About Me

I am a fully qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) from The University of Middlesex in Integrative Relational Counselling.
This means I draw upon a variety of skills, approaches and therapeutic theories to help you depending on your needs and personality.
I am specifically trained to listen and use my skills, to offer support in helping you find a way forward, without judgment or criticism. I believe that the core to successful therapy is the development of a trusting, safe, non-judgemental relationship in which we work together.
I am registered with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and abide by their strict code of ethics. I attend regular supervision with a BACP registered supervisor and I am committed to ongoing training and development as required by the BACP guidelines. I adhere to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Alongside seeing clients privately I volunteer in a GP surgery. I am qualified to work with adults of all ages. I provide counselling for short-term work (8-12 weeks) and long-term therapy with weekly sessions open-ended. This is something we can decide depending on your circumstances and needs.
I can offer weekday (Fridays), some evenings and Saturday morning sessions and recommend that our sessions take place at the same time each week
